School Administrator
Salary: CSET 10, £25,584 FTE, £11,005 prorated
Hours: 18.5 hours per week, term time only + INSET
Working pattern: Monday & Tuesday, 8.30am-4pm, Wednesday 8.30am-1pm
Contract type: Permanent
Location: The Castle School, BS16 9LH
About the roleYou will provide organisational and administrative support to the heads of year and the student centre. You will have responsibility for managing your workload independently under the general direction of the Behaviour Lead. The post holder will be expected to act as a role model to all students upholding the school values, and at all times promoting the safety and welfare of young people in accordance with CSET/School policies and procedures and any associated guidance.
About you
You will need excellent attention to detail and be able to produce accurate work whilst prioritising effectively. You will have brilliant written and verbal communication skills and be able to work collaboratively within a team. You’ll be proactive, and have the confidence to solve problems independently.
Good working knowledge of IT software such as Google suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint are essential. We are open to full time and part time applicants.
