Hours: 18.75 hours per week, there will be flexibility with the working days although there is a requirement to work Tuesdays

Purpose of Role:
To provide administrative support for the projects and activities being delivered by the Strategy, Transformation and Planning team, to drive change and help the Charity meet its strategy goals.
The post-holder will work closely with the Head of Strategic Planning, Champion Leads and Strategy Support Manager and will help administrate and coordinate strategy related activity to improve communication and help keep the momentum of the project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Champion Leads with administrative tasks.
- Provide administrative support for our Champion ambition including:
- Planning and organisation of meetings
- Preparation and distribution of agendas / meeting packs
- Attendance at meetings to record actions
- Cascade actions to attendees
- Provide administrative support for Strategy, Transformation and Planning team meetings including:
- Attendance at meetings to record actions
- Cascade actions to attendees.
- Monitor and follow up of action points arising from our Champion ambition and Strategy, Transformation and Planning meetings.
- Assist with the organisation, collation and submission of reports and information for Finance Contracts and Programmes Group (FCPG).
- Raising, recording and receipting purchase orders for the team and keeping track of the budget spend.
- Diary management to organise meetings, as required.
- Support Head of Strategic Planning, Head of Major Programmes, PMO Manager and Strategy Support Manager to produce reports, as required.
- Ensure that communication with all internal and external contacts is conducted in a professional, courteous manner.
- Other administrative duties commensurate with the role will be required from time to time
A bit about you
You will have Grade C (4) or above in GSCE (or equivalent) Maths and English. You will be proficient in use of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) with the ability to facilitate online meetings using MS Teams whilst being organised and efficient.
Excellent diary management skills are essential along with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with good use of grammar and experience of taking actions from meetings.
