Property Litigation Solicitor

We are representing a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm in Leeds with a strong reputation in property litigation. We are seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join their busy team in Leeds.

Role Purpose:

As a Property Litigator, you will play a key role in representing clients in a wide range of commercial property disputes. You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload, including landlord and tenant matters, easements, adverse possession, restrictive covenants, and rights to light.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising and representing clients in a variety of property litigation matters.
• Conducting legal research and analysis.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as pleadings, court orders, and

• Representing clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and

• Managing case files and deadlines effectively.
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service.

Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in property litigation.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property law and litigation procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
