Job Description
As a Customer Service Executive you will handle incoming calls and outgoing calls and will be forefront of the business for customer enquiries.
You will be working in a busy environment ensuring each query is dealt with to the highest standard and an excellent service is provided to all customers.
The role will also involve chasing up documentation and details required from the customer and processing data on the system.

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds and the business will look at transferable skills

Professional and personable able to build strong relationships
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
