What do the team do?

The Compliance team provides a range of internal technical and administrative support to the wider business, as well as undertaking some client facing responsibilities too e.g. Company Secretarial.

This role will provide support in relation to Person with Significant Control (PSC) reporting. Provide assistance with compliance projects, onboarding of new clients and ongoing monitoring for Anti-Money Laundering (AML).

What will I be doing?

As a Compliance Support Administrator you will have ownership of the following tasks:

  • Gathering and reviewing client information concerning PSC and identifying discrepancies.
  • Drafting reports to regulators for manager review.
  • Assisting with new client onboarding including Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements.
  • Populating new client forms to record Know Your Client (KYC) information, CDD undertaken and other information required to enable a client to be onboarded.
  • Drafting information request emails and ensuring adequate responses are received.
  • Researching higher risk clients and summarising findings.
  • Providing support to the PSC and AML team and assisting with ad hoc compliance projects and tasks.

What experience do I need?

Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential. If you meet the minimum criteria listed below and are eager to develop yourself, we would love to hear from you:

  • Experience working in a professional office environment in an administration role (minimum criteria).
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of literacy and numeracy (minimum criteria).
  • Experience of PSC / AML / CDD requirements would be advantageous.
  • Ability to use good judgement and initiative under own direction.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, in particular Word and Excel.
