The Role:
The job role involves the delivery of teaching, learning and assessment within Financial and Professional Services. We have a fantastic new facility that includes a crown court, a trading room and a Business Incubator Hub. Furthermore, we have a wide variety of excellent employer partnerships. In regards to this role, we are seeking an individual with experience in BTEC, A ‘Level and/or T level delivery. Of interest to this post are:
- T Level in Management and Administration
- T Level in Sales and Marketing
- T Level in Finance
- Level 3 in Business Marketing
- T Level Foundations programmes in Sales, Marketing and Business Support
You will be tasked with the delivery of the above playing an integral role in improving the team’s high grades outcomes. In addition to this, you will also provide pastoral care to a minimum of 2 cohorts of learners. Within these pastoral care responsibilities, you will be required to form strong working relationships with learners and parents alike driving good attendance to all components of our study programmes in the pursuit of outstanding learner outcomes.

Oldham College is a medium sized general further education college, with a turnover of almost £25m.
