Commercial paralegal - Glasgow

We are looking for a paralegal to support the commercial and legal team of our client (FTSE 100 telecoms company) on a full-time basis, focussing on the negotiation of wayleaves for superfast broadband. Working according to instructions set out in a playbook, your activities will include:

• preparing formal correspondence
• negotiation support, either prior to formal litigation or during the process of agreeing settlements
• other commercial legal activities, with appropriate instruction and supervision.

The team is based in central Glasgow, but hybrid or even fully remote work is available, with attendance in the office for occasional meetings.

You will ideally have a Scottish Law degree and some experience of litigation under Scottish law. You will be working with a senior litigation paralegal as part of our team supporting the client's teams in Glasgow and across the UK.
