• Assisting teachers with daily classroom activities.
• Providing support to KS3 and KS4 students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) such as ADHD and autism.
• Supervising and guiding students during group work.
• Collaborating with the school's learning support team to track and report on pupil progress.
• Maintaining strong communication with staff and students.
• Ensuring high standards of safeguarding and welfare.
• A valid enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
• 5 GCSEs at grades A*-C in core subjects.
• Minimum of two references.
• Relevant experience working with young people.
• A positive, flexible approach to supporting individual pupil needs.
