Position Details:
- Role: Temporary Receptionist
- Contract Length: Minimum of 4 weeks (with potential for extension)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Location: Cobalt, Newcastle
- Start date: ASAP
- Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour paid weekly through OA
- Parking: On-site parking available!
As the Temporary Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming visitors with a warm and friendly manner.
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
