Location: Home-based with focus on Surrey, covering areas such as Guildford, Woking, Epsom, Leatherhead, Farnham, and surrounding towns.

Role Highlights:

• Lead Generation & Management: You’ll receive a consistent flow of 10-12 high-quality new build and shared ownership mortgage leads weekly from prominent UK introducers and Surrey-based developers.
• Client-Focused Engagement: Deliver whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice, building trust and guiding clients through mortgage options to achieve 1-2 successful completions per week.
• Tailored Mortgage Solutions: Offer both fee-based and non-fee-based mortgage advice to meet the diverse needs of clients and introducers.
• Proactive Business Development: Supplement provided leads by connecting with local new build developers in Surrey, building your network and expanding business opportunities.
• Efficient Process Management: Handle new build mortgage inquiries promptly, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and securing their commitment to properties.
• Home-Based Flexibility: Enjoy the autonomy of a home-based role, with all necessary IT equipment provided by the company.

What’s on Offer:

• Competitive Compensation: Basic salary up to £29,000 (including car allowance) plus financial guarantees up to £500 monthly for six months.
• Generous Commission Structure: OTE £55,000 - £70,000 based on performance, with commission rates between 10% and 25%.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced New Build Specialist: Proven track record in mortgage and protection advice, with a strong focus on new build mortgages.
• Qualifications: Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) required.
• Local Market Knowledge: Residency in the Surrey area to best serve the local market.
• Professional Integrity: Clean credit history, no complaints or disciplinary issues, and no criminal convictions.
• Full UK Driving Licence: Required to attend appointments and engage with local developers as needed.
