A lovely family based in Clapham Common, London, is seeking a full-time nanny to provide dedicated care for their school-aged child and toddler. The ideal candidate will be energetic, professional, and proactive, with the ability to engage and support the children in their daily routines.
Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children
Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children’s needs
Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as park visits
Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children
Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth
Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to promote structure and development
Picking up children from nursery and school at 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm
Salary: £16 to £20 gross per hour
A strong understanding of child development and the enthusiasm to keep up with two active children are essential for this role.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: 3 weekdays from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, 1 day from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Friday from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm plus babysitting, around 36 to 37 hours per week. School holidays will be from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm for 14 weeks per year.
Duties include:
Assisting with nappy changes and bottle preparation for infantsBathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children
Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children’s needs
Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
