Warehouse Operative
Warehouse Operative roles available working Days Monday to Friday for an award winning global document storage company in their new warehouse in Rugby with good transport links, free parking onsite, and ongoing work available!!
Hours & Shifts: Monday to Friday 8am-5pmPay Rate: £12.19 per hour
As Warehouse Operative you will be working in a warehouse environment where all stock from other sites that have closed is all coming into this new warehouse based in Rugby. Your main duties will include:
- Receiving new stock and unloading of vehicles
- Scanning and logging deliveries using handheld scanners
- Repalletising stock if required
- Moving pallets to stock control areas
- Putting new stock away and logging locations
- Preparing stock for delivery
- Restacking and retrieval of pallets at height may be required - training will be provided
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following:
- Warehouse Operative experience or similar ideally
- Experience using a PPT would be advantageous although full training will be provided
- Ability to work at heights occasionally is desirable although not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a targeted environment
- Comfortable working in a loud and busy environment with multiple MHE in operation
The role requires candidates to undergo a basic DBS check and provide verifiable employment/ education history as part of the process due to the nature of the client. This is free of charge as Meridian Business Support cover the cost.
