Bristol - Part-time Finance Manager - Remote

Reed Finance are partnering with a rapidly growing consultancy, who are recruiting for a part-time Finance Manager.

The business is committed to driving positive change and sustainable practices. They work on a diverse range of projects, with both government entities and other organisations in creating solutions that benefit communities and the environment.

This will be a broad hands-on role; as well as running the day-to-day finances you will get involved at the strategic level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management accounts and invoicing (using Xero).
• Preparing and reviewing contracts.
• Advising on financial viability of projects.
• Supporting operational improvements and project management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in professional services is desirable.
• Experience working in a broad hands-on role ideally in a small or medium sized business
• Ability to analyse and present financial data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 FTE
• Hours: Approximately 24 hours per week (3 days a week).
• Annual Leave: 28 days plus bank holidays (pro-rata).
• Flexible working arrangements.
