Litigation Solicitor

• A friendly practice that can offer flexibility for those with busy family lives (ie flexibility on start/finish times)

• Although Devon-based, much of your work will be Bristol, London and nationally based

What will you do?

Handle a mixed caseload of civil & commercial litigation, to include:

• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant/property litigation
• Contentious probate
• Professional negligence & insolvency
• Property damage claims
• Contractual claims
• Construction Claims

You will have the ability to focus on the area of litigation that appeals to you.

• To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
• At least 1 year’s litigation experience
