As Estimator you would play a key part of the thriving pre-construction team, responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for fit out and refurbishment projects, typically ranging up to £10m. Providing a unique in-house approach delivering value and expertise in maximising offices into residential spaces with consistently high quality project delivery.
Responsibilities of an Estimator- Produce detailed quotations, raise purchase orders, manage project budgets and approve supplier invoices.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for refurbishment projects.
- Develop comprehensive and accurate estimations & presentations.
- Source new products and suppliers as needed.
- Contribute to building systems that streamline processes.
- Minimum 5 years estimating experience.
- Experience working on fit out / refurbishment projects with values up to £3m+. (Preferably Drylining & partitions) * Valid UK driving license.
- Relevant construction related degree or qualification.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Salary up to £60,000 DOE.
