Senior Solutions Engineer role:
- As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll lead teams in developing innovative, sustainable water, wastewater, and bioresource solutions.
- You'll manage projects, proposals, and risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your expertise in water treatment and project management will be essential in delivering successful projects for our clients.
Senior Solutions Engineer responsibilities:
- Deliver quality proposals on time, meeting client needs and standards.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their project needs.
- Developing and implementing a project strategy.
- Defining project scope and coordinating solutions with a team.
- Managing NEC4 ECI contracts.
- Managing project data for solutions.
- Coordinating solutions with specialist teams and ensuring compliance with health, safety, sustainability, quality, and environmental standards.
- Creating project schedules for D&B contracts.
- Mitigating risks in tenders and ECIs.
- Managing external stakeholders.
Senior Solutions Engineer requirements:
- Engineering degree (or equivalent) or Project Management qualifications.
- Significant experience in water/wastewater treatment or bioresource projects, influencing design, materials, and options.
- Knowledge of water industry processes, equipment, and services.
- Experience with NEC4 or other UK water industry contracts.
- Membership of a professional institution (desired)
- Preferred experience with large-scale water projects (>£10M), including tenders, management, and design.
- MS Project or P6 experience (desired)
- NEC4 training (desired)
- Full UK driving license (desired)
