Overview:

This role includes working closely with production teams, managing schedules, and communicating effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily production activities, ensuring they align with production schedules and targets.
• Monitor production processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Communicate with various departments to facilitate seamless production flow.
• Assist in training of new production staff on processes and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.

• Previous experience in a production coordination or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with production software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
