Job Profile
Technical Sales Engineer required for a provider of high-quality components and scientific equipment based in Newbury. This is a varied role working on I.T & electronic equipment as well as providing technical sales support to clients. The ideal person for this role will either be a graduate or junior level candidate with an educational background in I.T or electronics.
Technical Sales Engineer Job Overview- Work with the sales team to assemble appropriate technology demonstrations for internal / onsite purposes.
- When clients have specific requirements explore options within product portfolio to assemble solutions to meet these. Ask for suggestions from all technical staff to provide a variety of options to explore.
- Day to day maintenance of the internal PC's and laptops.
- Assist clients with the setup / configuration of their devices
- When working at exhibitions, identify the space and advise options for layouts and possible demonstration items.
- Educational background in I.T or Electronics
- Experience or knowledge of Machine Vision products
- Local to their office in Newbury
- Salary: £25,000- £30,000
- Hybrid working available
