Care & Support Manager - Hawick
Salary: £33,463.46 pro rataHours: 37 per week
Location: Ark Hawick, Borders
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at Ark Hawick service as a Care & Support Manager.
As Care & Support Manager of Hawick you will manage a team of 19 Established and Relief Support Workers to provide approximately 550 deliverable support hours per week. You will be managing a mixed support model including 24-hour support and sleepovers
A crucial part of this role will be working collaboratively with other agencies advocating for our Supported People to ensure they are working towards outcome to supports that will support them to live a good life.
As part of your induction to Ark you will receive a comprehensive handover period with the current Borders Operations Manager.
