Youth Support Worker
Location: Exeter
Hours: 08:30 am - 15:30 pm, Full-Time
Pay: £90-£100 per day

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a proactive and compassionate individual who is committed to supporting children with special educational needs (SEN).- Have experience working with children with SEN in one-to-one or classroom settings.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for helping SEN pupils thrive.
- Exhibit flexibility, patience, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Communicate clearly and collaboratively with colleagues and pupils.
- Be fully committed to a full-time role.
- Hold a valid driving licence (essential).
While experience in an educational setting is advantageous, candidates with a background in support work will find their skills highly transferable to this role.
