Join us at Cadbury World, where we are on the lookout for a passionate Health, Safety & Security (HSS) Advisor to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, staff, and contractors while preserving the magical experience of our iconic attraction.
As the Health, Safety & Security Advisor, you will lead the way in managing risks and setting the safety standards across Cadbury World. Working closely with the Cadbury World management team and the Birmingham Cluster Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in implementing safety policies, auditing food hygiene, and monitoring security protocols.This role requires strong leadership, a creative mindset, and the ability to implement best-in-class health, safety, and security practices.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working any 5 days out of 7.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and implement HSS policies, systems, and standards at Cadbury World.
- Drive safety initiatives and ensure compliance with Mondelez's food safety requirements.
- Maintain a 5-star food hygiene rating across the chocolate-making process, retail stores, and café.
- Support the Birmingham cluster HSS Director with short- and long-term health, safety, and security objectives.
- Deliver HSS training and guidance to staff and third-party contractors.
- Liaise with emergency services and enforce fire and food safety management systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
- NEBOSH certificate (or working towards).
- Strong background in health, safety, and security management, ideally within the food or visitor attractions industry.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with a solution-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to influence and drive safety culture across teams.
