You may have previous experience managing challenging behaviour, and this can be experience gained from within your personal or professional life. Full training is provided but we do ask that a genuine interest in behaviour and foundation behaviour management skills are in place.

Daily, you will support the children in their learning, provide guidance in lessons, aid transitions around school, be proactive in encouraging independence in the community, be the liaison point between school and home, and be the child's advocate in their learning journey.

Hours are generally 8.30am - 4pm, term time only, and part time options are available.
