We’re expanding our Kent Nurse Manager team and are recruiting four Nurse Managers to meet the growing demand for our nurse-led services.
The Role:Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Nurse Manager for our Complex Care Division in Kent. Operating specialist services delivering over 650,000 hours of care annually, the Nurse Manager will work alongside a team of professionals.
As a Nurse Manager, you will oversee a small caseload of complex care clients in South Kent, focusing on building strong relationships with them and their families. Your responsibilities will include managing their care plans, supporting the induction of new staff, and providing clinical care—such as tracheostomy, ventilation, and PEG management—when needed.
The overall goal of a Nurse Manager is to ensure that clients receive exceptional service from a well-trained, enthusiastic team of support workers and Registered nurses.

Requirements: Develop person-centered care plans and guidance
Conduct staff supervision, audits, and case management dutiesBe part of the 24-hour service team, undertaking nursing shifts when required
Carry out disciplinary and reflective practice meetings
Liaise with the wider care team including MDT's on the clients' care
Conduct competency assessments with new team members
Collaborating with the wider care team and Registered manager
