Recruitment, Workforce and SMT Administrator
Job overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive full-time Recruitment and Workforce Administrator to join our team here at Inclusion.
You will be one of a team responsible for providing a high quality Recruitment administration and support service to Inclusion's senior managers and service leads, as well as maintaining and managing documentation to facilitate the successful implementation of change within teams.
In this role you will utilise your knowledge and expertise to provide an administration function which will support the smooth running of Inclusion. This will include actioning and responding to requests on the team's shared mailboxes, creating new job adverts and liaising with employees within the trust, minute taking, supporting with recruitment queries and assisting with on-going recruitment needs.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will provide administrative support to service types and SMT as directed, attending meetings where appropriate with the Care Group teams to support and develop knowledge to enable successful implementation and mobilisation of new processes, systems and services.
You will create, maintain and manage documentation to facilitate the successful implementation of change within teams and support teams and managers in providing administrative information to support best practice in respect of managing individuals and teams.
The post-holder will act as the first point of contact within teams for queries relating to new and on-going recruitment needs within the team and liaising with the appropriate person to provide solutions and MPFT recruitment team for ongoing recruitment

- Provide recruitment and on-boarding support within Care Group teams.
- Proactive approach in supporting teams to reduce vacancy numbers and time between offer and start date.
- Facilitate changes from outputs of recruitment needs and supporting teams to integrate the new changes by providing explanation and demonstration to Teams.
- To provide support and information to teams to ensure basic retention activities are in place e.g. supervision, appraisals and mandatory training.
- Working closely with the operational team to ensure effective implementation of required changes.
- Takes and promptly transcribes actions/minutes of projects meetings, preparation of agendas, room bookings.
- Support the development and delivery of recruitment education and training to: staff, students, managers, volunteers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate contemporaneous records and other documentation relating to work with applicants and employees in accordance within MPFT NHS Trust Polices, legal requirement and Professional Code of Conduct.
Person specification
Qualifications
Essential criteria- Minimum 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English Language and Mathematics
Experience
Essential criteria- Experience of recruitment systems and processes.
- Competent in the use of word processing, internet and Microsoft office packages – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams in particular.
- Experience of Trac/NHS jobs systems
Skills
Essential criteria- Ability to travel and work flexibly out of multiple locations.
- Ability to communicate issues to a wide range of internal and external staff, guiding them to a certain course of action.
- An understanding of NHS systems, applications and processes
