Reslife Building Coordinator
Hours are 9am-5.20pm.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operational day to day running of a section of University accommodationManagement of the staffing therein to achieve an effective and efficient service for the customers
Conducting regular 1-1 and team meetings with domestic and porter staff
Completing accommodation checks
Responding to customer feedback on TopDesk
Planning and achieving turnaround of accommodation, preparing rooms for student intake
Our ideal candidates will have:
A desire to deliver high standards of serviceAbility to lead and motivate a team
Experience in an administrative role
Experience in a customer-focused role
Experience of stock management
