Salary: £85 - £95 per day

About the Role:
As a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with a range of complex needs, including learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional needs
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning plans
- Helping pupils with daily tasks and developing life skills
- Managing challenging behavior in a calm and supportive manner
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all pupils in your care
About You:
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Empathetic, patient, and passionate about supporting children with diverse needs
- Experienced in working with pupils with SEN (Special Educational Needs), including autism, ADHD, or physical disabilities
- Strong communicators and team players, able to work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and parents
- Adaptable and resourceful, with a positive and flexible approach to work
- Ideally, have a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) or experience in a similar role
- Competitive pay rates – Earn £75 - £95 per day, paid weekly
