As a Junior Sous Chef, you will support the senior culinary team in the daily operations of a busy kitchen, ensuring the highest standards are met.Work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to create and execute exceptional menus for the hotel's fine dining outlets and events.Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control, ensuring every dish aligns with 5-star standards.Help train and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment.Ensure that kitchen operations comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie experience within a 5-star or luxury hotel setting.Passion for fine dining and a deep understanding of quality ingredients and culinary techniques.Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee various sections of the kitchen.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards under pressure.
