You will be part of a team working alongside the Construction Team and Sub
- Contractors to ensure all defects are recorded and repairs are complete on time.
The roles on offer are on a fixed term contract initially for 12 months and candidates must hold a full UK driver's licence to fulfil the requirements of the role.
Working hours: Monday
- Thursday 8.30
- 5.15 Friday 8.30
- 12.30 We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, and who can demonstrate previous experience in providing first-class customer service to internal and external customers managing enquiries using multiple communication channels, including telephone, website queries and email.
The role is subject to a basic DBS paid for by Gentoo.
Key responsibilities will include the following, a full job description is available to view at www.gentoogroup.com/careers Act as the first point of contact for all Gentoo Homes customers.Work closely with the Customer Care Coordinators to ensure Customers are updated on time.
Answer all incoming calls and emails.
Record all customer defects on our defects management system.
Respond to all incoming enquiries either via the website, email or telephone.
Prioritise customer requests based on need and urgency.
Diarise weekly customer calls to confirm customer availability and appointments.
Arrange Customer visits as and when required.
Work closely with sub-contractors to ensure customer appointments are booked and works are complete.
Undertake administrative tasks as and when required.
Provide support and assistance to the Management Team.
What we are looking for:
A full UK driver's licence. Demonstrable experience communicating with customers through multiple methods including, phone, letters and emails. The ability to demonstrate ownership, accountability and responsibility for customer issues in a previous role in a fast-paced customer environment.
Organisational, written, communication and time management skills developed in a professional working environment. Demonstrable administrative and diary management skills with a good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
