The Role:We are seeking a passionate and fully qualified Art Teacher to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis, starting ASAP. The successful candidate will be expected to teach across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Sixth Form, delivering high-quality lessons in a variety of artistic disciplines.
The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in art is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students across KS3, KS4, and Sixth Form.
- Develop and implement creative and challenging lesson plans.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
- Contribute to the overall development and enrichment of the Art Department.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes creativity and learning.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and school trips related to art.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A fully qualified Art Teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching Art at KS3, KS4, and Sixth Form.
- A passion for art and education, with the ability to inspire students.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
