In this role, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring seamless operations, resource management, and administrative support while championing our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Your focus will be on optimising our work environment and processes so that our team can collaborate effectively, stay engaged, and continue to grow. You’ll be a key player in making sure our operations run smoothly for our team. You’ll help ensure resources are managed efficiently, support the administrative needs of the team, and drive initiatives that foster employee satisfaction and development.Additionally, you will have a critical role in supporting DEI initiatives to ensure a workplace that values every individual, promotes inclusivity, and helps our team succeed.
The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, proactive, and people-focused professional with a strong background in operations, administration, and team support. They should have excellent problem-solving skills, a passion for fostering an inclusive workplace, and the ability to drive effectiveness and engagement across the organisation.
The extras- For full time roles: 27 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). If you’re coming to us with up to 33 days annual leave, we’ll match it.
