As a leading organisation driving public service innovation, we’re on the lookout for a talented Operations Manager who will make it all work for our team.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring seamless operations, resource management, and administrative support while championing our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. You’ll help ensure resources are managed efficiently, support the administrative needs of the team, and drive initiatives that foster employee satisfaction and development.

Additionally, you will have a critical role in supporting DEI initiatives to ensure a workplace that values every individual, promotes inclusivity, and helps our team succeed.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, proactive, and people-focused professional with a strong background in operations, administration, and team support. They should have excellent problem-solving skills, a passion for fostering an inclusive workplace, and the ability to drive effectiveness and engagement across the organisation.
