Job Description- Ownership of Purchase ledger - processing invoices and producing supplier statement reconciliations
- Ownership of Sales Ledger - completing invoices, credit notes and statements
- Cash allocation and maintaining aged debt reports
- Dealing with office enquiries and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers
- Assist Finance team with ad-hoc purchase and sales analysis request
- Maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Strong excel skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and other departments.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently when necessary.
- An attractive salary package, ranging from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum.
