BWD is collaborating with several prominent professional trustee firms and Employee Benefit Consultants (EBCs) who are looking to strengthen their pensions governance, secretarial, and trustee teams. Candidates should have a solid background in trustee governance and pensions management, with additional emphasis on business development capabilities.

Experience Required- 5 years’ experience is essential, this could be from a DB Pensions admin, management, projects side, investment, actuarial or BPA side.
- Experience within the scheme governance and trustee market and business development is essential.
- Likely to come from a larger pension consultancy in a governance setting but also may be from another professional trustee firm.
