An SEN school in Silverstone is looking for a passionate Science Teacher for a permanent role. The school, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for students aged 11-16 with SEMH, ASC, ADHD, and other additional needs.With a small, close-knit cohort of 40 students, the school offers varied learning experiences, including time outdoors in nature and afternoon cooking sessions.
About You:
- Qualifications: Teaching qualification preferred, but QTS is not required.
- Experience: Previous experience working with students with SEN and SEMH needs.
- Skills: Ability to engage and inspire students through hands-on and creative teaching.
- Knowledge: Understanding of alternative provision and supporting students with diverse needs.
- Emotional Support: Passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives.
- Communication: Strong professional communication with students, staff, and parents.
