Telesales / Customer Service Advisor required in Runcorn - £11.44 per hour
Our client, a leading name in their industry, are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telesales / Customer Service Advisor to join their well-established sales team based in Runcorn, Cheshire
You will be a point of contact for customers from retail, industrial and commercial industries who have queries about products, orders, and general sales enquiries.
Tasks include:
- Answering telephone calls in a professional and polite manner
- Process orders via email and telephone
- Make outbound telephone calls to existing customers
- Update Computer Systems accurately.
- The job operates on Monday to Friday; working 8.30am until 4.30pm.
The rate of pay is £11.44 per hour.
This is a temporary position
