We are seeking Female only Care Assistants to operate in the Leeds area.

Position: Care Assistant Female - This post is exempt under Sch 9 Pt 1 of the Equality Act 2010 and is only open to female applicantsLocation: LS10, LS11, LS14, LS27 and WF3 areas of Leeds
Job type: Permanent, part-time and full time opportunities available
Salary: Shift pay rather than pay per call, which means you are paid from the start of your first call to the end of your last call within a shift. £12.50 p/hr (drivers) – travel time included
Mileage - 45p per mile drivers. PLUS bonus schemes: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £250 annual bonus. £25 birthday gift voucher.

About the role:
If you have previous experience as a Carer for family or friends, you’ll make an excellent Care Assistant.
As a Care Assistant working in Leeds you will:
- Provide personal care that protects people's dignity.
- Promote independence using enabling approaches.
- Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals.
- Connect people to their communities accessing local support and services.
- Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control.
- Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time.
About You:
No experience necessary!
You may already have many of the skills needed to make an excellent Care Assistant. Patience, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively are all essential qualities for this role.

- Drivers with access to a car and a valid UK driving licence
