Mortgage Advisor – Home Working 100% REMOTE
PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a number of experienced CAS experienced Mortgage Brokers to join an ELITE PRIMIS Mortgage Network partner firm who operate a nationwide Mortgage Advisory operation servicing an abundance of predominantly Southern based leads introduced to this busy and highly successful partner firm.
The firm are one of the largest Mortgage and Protection businesses within the vast PRIMIS Mortgage Network and a business we are proud to be in partnership with. The firm prides itself on the extremely low levels of staff turnover within this business – a great sign.
The firms contracted introducers consist of numerous key relationships nationally with Blue Chip Housing developers, Financial Services focused Estate Agency businesses and more – The firm offer remote advice to their introducers customers all over the UK.
The realistic and achievable OTE for the role is between £65,000 - £70,000 + although over achievement will obviously result in higher earnings.
The basic salary with this firm are set at £30,000 per annum – All advisors are on this base. The commissions deal is exceptional at 20% comms which on average loan sizes of 285k make a compelling proposition.
This business only take the very base advisors - recruiting remote advisors means the business can cherry pick the best quality advisors.
This intake will only be for advisors with volume experience and are Mortgage Only roles as the Proection is referred to the stand out internal team - You will be paid for the referral.
Underwrites to base salary whilst pipeline building can be provided
The successful candidates will have achieved Competent Advisor Status and be an existing high performing and experienced broker.
