Corporate Receptionist

REED Business Support is supporting a well-established and prestigious organisation with the recruitment of a Front of House Receptionist on a temp to perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close knit team that values their employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as first point of contact to all customers face to face, over the telephone and via email
• Maintain a clean and well-presented reception area
• Booking appointments for new and existing customers
• Updating internal databases
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the day to day business
• General admin tasks

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Professional and well presented
• Experience of working in a customer facing role
• Highly organised
• Able to work in a busy and fast paced environment
• Ability to use own initiative and think on your feet
• Competent user of IT
• Excellent communication skills

HOURS OF WORK:

Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:30 (some flexibility when required)

SALARY:

26K DOE
