Role Overview
We are urgently recruiting experienced Support Workers who can drive to support a range of services including domiciliary care, supported living, and residential settings.
This is ideal for workers who want consistent agency shifts across multiple services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred care in line with care plans
- Support with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks
- Work across domiciliary care routes (drivers essential)
- Support residents with learning disabilities, mental health, or complex needs
- Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures
- Minimum 6 months UK care experience (domiciliary or residential)
- Full UK driving licence + access to vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
- Mandatory training (or willingness to complete):
- Moving & Handling
- Safeguarding
- Medication
- Infection Control
- Experience with challenging behaviour / mental health / autism
- PMVA / CPI training
- Experience working alone in the community
- Weekly pay
- Flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends)
- Ongoing work with local services
