What your day might look like: Helping someone start the day with confidence, from personal care to a warm conversationNoticing when something’s not quite right and responding with careSharing everyday moments like a laugh, a memory or a walk in the gardenWorking alongside families, colleagues and professionals to make sure care is just right What you’ll bring: A kind, patient approach and the ability to put others at easeFlexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekendsRespect for our Christian ethos and for each person’s own beliefsSome basic digital skills or a willingness to learn You don’t need to come from a care background.
