AP Specialist
Job Title: Temporary Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk Location: NewburyHourly rate: £15 per hourStart Date: ASAPJob Type: TemporaryJob Description:We are seeking a temporary Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk to join our team in Newbury. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in an AP position who can hit the ground running and support our finance team with regular AP duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and expense reports
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Handling payment runs
- Resolving invoice discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with month-end closing
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
