An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Clinical Education team within the Emergency Department as a Band 7 Practice Educator 1 WTE for a 9 month secondment. We are a diverse and knowledgeable team who are motivated to influence the future of healthcare through education and staff development.You will be joining an educational team of practice education facilitators, clinical educators and assistant clinical educators.
We are seeking to appoint experienced and highly motivated nurse who can work autonomously, be flexible and show resilience in their approach and have excellent organisational and leadership skills.

An exciting opportunity to join the Practice Education team in the Emergency Department.
There is a 1 WTE 9 month secondment job available within the Emergency Department. Happy to look at part time/job share opportunities.

Working clinically alongside members of the nursing staff and student nurses, you will facilitate the development of new skills and knowledge.
As a minimum, you need to be a Registered nurse who has experience of supporting student nurses and coaching skills. The role is challenging, but rewarding and requires the individual to act as a role model at all times, motivating and supporting staff in their professional development
