We are seeking enthusiastic Front of House Staff team members to join our vibrant team. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring that their experience is exceptional from the moment they arrive until they leave.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Assist with seating guests.
- Provide information about menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant including the dining tables and other furniture.
- Taking of orders from guests using our user friendly EPOS system.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, although full training will be given.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members alike.
- Ability to work efficiently in a very fast-paced busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
We are located in a rural location without public transport. You will need either your own transport or someone else to bring you to and from work.
Pay: £10.00-£14.00 per hourExpected hours: 10 – 25 per week
