- Excellent communication skills
- Experience as a Deputy Home Manager or a senior nurse
- Proven track record of contributing towards GOOD CI grades
- Passion & experience within the elderly care sector
- Over 50 beds
- Modern, purpose built & located in an easily accessible from Glasgow or Ayrshire
- Caters for the elderly & those living with dementia
- Experienced and long standing staff team, no agency use & full occupancy!
- No privately funded residents
- Rated at 3's & 4's
As the successful Deputy Nursing Home Manager you will ensure the clinical & care staff provide the highest levels of care at all times to the residents whilst supporting the Home Manager in training & recruitment of staff & leading the clinical team on the floor.
