Your Role:
- Deliver engaging, one-on-one tutoring in core subjects including English, Maths, Science, and ESOL.
- Personalize your teaching style to match each student’s learning needs.
- Track progress and provide updates that empower students and inform parents.
- Foster a positive, motivating environment where learners feel safe and supported.
- Apply trauma-informed practices and promote emotional well-being alongside academic growth.
We’d Love to Hear from You If You:
- Have experience working with children or tutoring (though passion and commitment go a long way!).
- Communicate clearly and connect easily with students of different ages and abilities.
- Are patient, flexible, and driven to see students succeed.
- Have experience or an interest in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN).
