You will help patients living with different physical disabilities and mental health needs to live their lives more independently and support them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support.
Person Specification
The successful applicant must have:
GCSEs in certain subjects are preferred, such as Maths, English, or Health and Social careCurrent registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council NMC as a Mental Health Nurse.
Previous experience in community setting
Fully enhanced DBS
Car driver and valid UK license is preferred
