The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for the healthcare, engineering and maintenance sectors who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and placing skilled maintenance professionals across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their specific recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use various channels to source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring they match client requirements.
  • Job Matching: Align candidates’ skills and experience with client job vacancies, providing a high-quality match to both parties.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities and expand the client base within the Agency's sectors.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, job market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights to clients and candidates.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team targets, contributing to the overall success of the business.

About You:

  • Experience: You will be an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant (from any sector). We are also open to candidates with B2B sales experience who have independently managed sales processes and are eager to transition into a recruitment role.
  • Sales Skills: A proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Resilience: A proactive, driven, and resilient attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
