We are recruiting for an experienced neonatal intensive care sister/charge nurse to join our friendly and supportive team at Croydon University Hospital.

Senior Staff Nurse (Neonatal unit)- Providing high quality, effective and individualised nursing care to a variety of patients in a compassionate and caring way.
- Responsible for delivering autonomous and collaborative care, ensuring the well-being and safety of neonates in neonatal intensive care units, and assisting with the stabilisation of neonates
- Assessing care needs and developing, implementing and evaluating care plans without supervision.
- Helping to lead and monitor the performance of the nursing team and mentoring students
- Deputising for the Senior Nurse as required.
- educating and supporting families, providing them with the necessary information and resources to care for their neonates. In order to provide the highest standard of care,
