Learning Support Assistant

Teaching Personnel are looking for proative and engaging teaching assistant to join their team. You will be working in a two form entry primary school in South Bristol that is currently focusing on extending learning opportunities for all children.As a result of this, the school has invested money into new equipment to expose more children to unique learning opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:-Providing One-on-One Support: Offering individualised support to pupils to help them overcome emotional and behavioural barriers to learning.
- Classroom Assistance: Assisting teachers in managing classroom dynamics, fostering a positive atmosphere, and ensuring that students can engage in the learning process,
-Behavioural Interventions: Implementing behavioural management strategies to de-escalate situations and support students in developing self-regulation skills.
You will need to be experienced supporting children, however not necessarily in a school environment.
Pay: up to £95 a dayHours: 08:30am -15:30pm
