I am recruiting a Domiciliary Care Manager to oversee a domiciliary care service covering Watford and Borehamwood. This service provides specialised support to the elderly who wish to remain in their own home. You will be joining a highly respected family run organisation known for delivering exceptional care.They are committed to continuous growth and development, offering a rewarding environment for their staff.
Key Responsibilities as Domiciliary Care Manager:
- Day to day running of the service
- Assist with recruitment
- Ensure highest standard of care is being given at all times.
- Oversee budgeting and advertising efforts
- Communicate with external agencies and stakeholders
- Manage financial operations and staff scheduling
Qualifications & Requirements for a Domiciliary Care Manager:
- Minimum 4 years managerial experience
- Strong CQC knowledge
- Strong quality / compliance knowledge and experience
- Strong leadership skills with a background in care management
- A full UK driving licence is essential
- NVQ Level 5 or equivalent is desirable but not essential - Must be willing to work towards
