Passionate about pets and delivering excellent customer service?- Kingston Veterinary Group are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our dedicated team working across our six Kingston Veterinary Group sites in East Yorkshire.
Kingston Vet Group is one of the fastest growing practices in East Yorkshire with a very busy but varied caseload. The group have five well-equipped branch surgeries which are supported by a fantastic Tier 3 Hospital, with complete diagnostic suite including CT and MRI.
We have a fantastic and hardworking team of 19 committed veterinary surgeons, dedicated RVN's and a friendly, enthusiastic, support team.
About the role- As the first point of contact for our clients in a busy environment you will be required to ensure all clients and their pets have a comfortable and positive experience within the surgery, meeting and greeting clients, answering the telephone to a broad range of enquiries that relate to pet’s welfare, booking appointments, signing up new clients, looking into first level financial queries, taking payments, record keeping and providing information on our products and services such as our Pet Health Club ensuring no clinical advice is given whilst maintaining a clean clinical environment in waiting and consult rooms.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years receptionist experience- medical experience is preferred but not essential.
Hours and salary
The role involves working 4 x 10 hour shifts per week Monday-Saturday. The salary will be up to £23,795 DOE per annum.
